RULE 46. EXCEPTIONS.

Formal exceptions to rulings or Orders of the Court are unnecessary for the purpose of appeal, but for all purposes where an objection is proper and the party has an opportunity to object to a ruling or Order at the time it is made, such party should do so in order to assure that such objection or ruling is preserved for appeal purposes.
