5-28-16 Attempt and Conspiracy

Any person who attempts, or conspires to commit, or assists another in the commission of any offense defined in this Section shall be subject to the same penalties as those prescribed for the offense, the commission of which was the object of the attempt or conspiracy. Failure to complete the offense shall not be a defense to the charge of Attempt and Conspiracy.
